From a very young age, Bethany was drawn to adventure and athletics. As a middle child of 10 kids, being involved with organized sports wasn't always an option, which led her to explore and develop a love for the outdoors. At age 12 she finally joined the local gymnastics club and has been training in various sports ever since, including; equestrian, snowboarding, dance, and in more recent years Obstacle Course Racing.  Some of her proudest athletic achievements have been winning the All-Around title at Regionals in gymnastics and keeping her band at the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships in ‘23. She has a deep passion for people, especially children and fellow mamas, which led her to begin teaching and coaching nearly 25 years ago.

 She resides in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC with her best friend, her daughter. When she's not training, she is a dedicated and beloved nanny and coaches OCR and fitness classes.
